☆Seal tape winding defect measures and efficiency improvement for assembly work with pre-coated screw fittings!! <Product Overview> Pre-coated screw fittings are processed with a sealant applied to the PT screw part in advance using the dedicated application machine TC-216. They can be stored long-term like regular stock items and can be brought to the site in the required quantity, ready to be tightened. Since the sealant is fluororesin-based, it can be used with various fluids. *Please consult us when considering, as there may be cases where use is difficult depending on the operating environment. ☆We are conducting a free processing campaign. We will provide free processing (seal processing of supplied items) for up to 10 fittings (external screw sizes from 1/16 to 2 1/2) that you would like to try. *If you wish for more than 10, please consult us separately.
